Normally, I am so not into wedding cakes that look pretty and taste like cardboard. This one is a great big exception to my rule! I am loving this tiered cake made out of wedding invitations by Seaside Papery in Coronado. And yes, I want to start making one right now!
The top tier is done in basket-weave. I have no need to make a cake like this, but I want it desperately. (Yes, I’m aware that I have issues…)
